On September 23rd the iBellieve Foundation hosted A Rare Evening, in support of Mucopolysaccharidosis II (MPS II or Hunter syndrome) research and rare disease awareness. A Rare Evening marked the first of its kind and was a great success with some of the most celebrated sports stars and influences among our attendees.
We would like to thank everyone that joined us at Steam Whistle and helped support our cause. We hope you all had a wonderful and rare time!
With everyone’s incredible support we raised a total of $72,000! This money raised will help us continue to make a change for MPS II research and further rare disease awareness. We could not have done this without you!
Special thanks to our keynote speaker, Steve Nash, and co-hosts Arash Madani & Kate McKenna for their support as well as Russell Martin, Dwane Casey, Cabbie Richards, Leonard Hamilton, Adam van Koeverden, Perdita Felicien, and Alexandra Orlando, for attending.
